They retained Skidmore, Owings & Merrill of San Francisco to master plan the area and design many of the signature high rise buildings. With this new Class-A office space, Finance Street Holding Co. is successfully attracting multinational corporations. JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, UBS and Royal Bank of Canada have all signed leases on Finance Street to be closer to their Chinese counterparts. Several five star hotels including Ritz Carlton, Westin and Intercontinental service the area.
